GROUP THERAPY
The duration of the group is 3 hours, once every 2 weeks
The group is designed for 10-15 meetings
The group is closed and after the 2nd meeting no new members are added
The group has a privacy policy (everything that happens on the group remains on the group and the participants' personal histories are not discussed outside the group)
Pay and sign up in a new group only after agreeing with me
If you skip a group and warn about it less than 24 hours – pass is paid
All passes are paid more than twice, after three consecutive passes - the participant is expelled from the group
A psychotherapeutic group is an opportunity to know oneself through the prism of relations with other people. It is a peculiar model of the world in which each person manifests characteristic patterns of behavior. But in real life it is not always possible to evaluate their own reactions, to understand their nature, to receive feedback from others. In the group, all this becomes possible. Another essential difference from individual psychotherapy is the influence of the group, which in itself becomes an instrument of healing action.
In the group, the psychotherapeutic group itself acts as an instrument of healing influence, and not only the psychotherapist, as in the case of the individual.
What problems can be solved in group therapy:
- Study the psychological problem of each member of the group and help solve them.
- Changing non-adaptive behavioral and thinking stereotypes and achieving adequate adaptation among people.
- Building Competence in Interaction with Others.
- Form a positive life stance.
- Improve overall psychological background.
- Enhance personal potential and many other tasks.
